What if I'm not happy with the dry cleaning quality?

Bring the item and your original receipt back within 3 days of pickup, and we’ll reclean it at no extra charge.

What if an alteration isn’t up to standard?

Return the altered garment and receipt within 3 days of pickup, and we’ll provide free adjustments.

What happens if my item is lost?

We’ll thoroughly investigate. If the item can’t be found, you’ll receive compensation equal to 10× the service charge, pre-tax. (This reflects the cleaning/alteration fee only—not the clothing's resale value.)

Are there any items you won’t cover for damage?

Yes. We do not take responsibility for issues caused by:

Pre-existing damage—like color fading, shrinkage, or fragile fabrics
Items left in pockets, faulty manufacturing, or unexpected material reactions during cleaning or altering
Apparel unclaimed for over 1 year (365 days)—these may be donated or discarded
